Serenata is made from 100% Arabica. This coffee is composed of seven varieties of the finest quality from the best plantations around the globe: Colombia, Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala, Brazil, India, and Ethiopia.
The blending and roasting of these products results in a top-quality coffee. This blend is extremely balanced, perfectly balanced, smooth, and round.
Taste profile:
The crema is nutty in color with reddish and mahogany highlights, forming light streaks reminiscent of a tiger’s eye. The crema’s intensity is outstanding, the texture is very fine, and the consistency is very high.
The aroma is intense and pleasant, with hints of chocolate, fruity, and floral notes. The palate is very balanced, round, velvety, and spicy. The aftertaste is full and very persistent, with spicy and floral notes that blend with the taste of chocolate.
