Primo Aroma only processes coffee beans of quality levels 1 and 2 Traditionally, the green coffee beans in classes 1 and 2 are packed in 30 kg, 50 kg or 70 kg wooden barrels and delivered to selected coffee roasters all over the world. The Triage class, on the other hand, is delivered to the customer in coffee sacks. Factors for classification include taste, aroma, moisture content, bean color, bean size, and the number of defects in the coffee cherry.
