Careful attention was paid to the composition of this roast. The light to medium roast of the Arabica and the deep roast of the Robusta make this blend an espresso with good strength and elegance.
Taste profile:
The crema is hazelnut in color, with darker highlights. The consistency of the crema is exceptionally high. The texture is very fine.
The aroma is intense and pleasant, set against the classic backdrop of the aromatic panatostato (rusk). The taste is chocolatey, robust, and very full-bodied. The aftertaste is very persistent.
