A blend of the finest washed and natural Arabica beans from Guatemala, Honduras, Colombia, and Brazil.
Combined with Robusta from India, this creates a balanced blend of sweetness and elegance. The selection of raw materials, combined with the medium to high roast, makes this blend perfect for espresso.
Flavor Profile:
The crema has a golden appearance with light streaks. A dense crema with a very good consistency. The body is particularly noteworthy.
The aroma is full and elegant, with hints of toasted bread. The flavor is balanced, with very subtle bitterness.
The floral, fruity, and chocolatey aftertaste lingers. A mild, velvety espresso.
